Our commitment to empowerment goes beyond recruitment. At Yoully Recruitment, we have partnered with Olinga Learning Institute (OLI) RTO 41565 to offer training programs designed to equip our members with the skills needed to excel in their careers. These programs are tailored to provide not only industry-specific expertise but also the soft skills and leadership abilities necessary for sustained success. We understand that true accomplishment is built on a foundation of education and support, and we're here to invest in the future success of both candidates and partner organisations.

We are also in the process of developing in collaboration with OLI a training program for organisations to help them understand the indigenous and veteran communities, how to build and foster relationships within these communities and ensure a safe, inclusive and collaborative working environment.
